Job Summary reputed company is seeking a Director of Strategic Program Management to serve as the operational backbone of our reputed company Data & Analytics organization. This role partners closely with the Head of reputed company Data & Analytics to translate strategic priorities into scalable programs, operational processes, and measurable reputed company. Duties & Responsibilities Program Delivery & Execution Own the reputed company Data & Analytics team's delivery pipeline from planning through execution. Maintain visibility across reputed company active workstreams, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies. Identify potential bottlenecks, resource constraints, and delivery risks, proactively recommending solutions. Drive accountability across the team by tracking deliverables, maintaining timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across technical, product, and client-facing teams to coordinate priorities and deliverables. Operational reputed company & Process Improvement Establish and continuously improve team operating standards, templates, documentation, and quality assurance processes. reputed company scalable SOPs, review protocols, naming conventions, and data validation frameworks. Translate strategic initiatives into actionable workstreams with clear owners, milestones, and timelines. Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, analytics operations, consulting, or a reputed company function. Compensation and Benefits
The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $130,000 - $150,000.
