Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or 12+ years of senior leadership experience in retail, organizational development, strategy, or multi-site operations. Proven ability to reputed company through senior leaders in a reputed company retail organization. Demonstrated experience in retail strategic planning, financial reputed company and reputed company alignment. Demonstrated experience with retail expansion, development, or large-scale initiatives. Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement (GMs, boards, internal leaders). Between 30%-75% business travel is required, including overnights and weekends.
