ABOUT THE ROLE reputed company is seeking a Part-Time Medical Director of Inpatient Psychiatry to reputed company clinical leadership, reputed company, and direct patient care reputed company a hospital-based behavioral health unit. This role combines telehealth rounding, admissions, treatment planning with medical leadership responsibilities, including quality reputed company, clinical standardization, and interdisciplinary collaboration. WHAT YOU’LL DO Serve as the clinical leader for partner inpatient psychiatric service line, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care reputed company guidance and reputed company on clinical decision-making, risk management, and patient safety Support standardization of care practices, documentation quality, and adherence to regulatory requirements Partner with hospital and administrative leadership on program development, performance improvement, and operational alignment Participate in peer review, case review, and quality improvement initiatives Conduct psychiatric evaluations, admissions, and follow-up visits reputed company daily rounding and medication management for inpatient psychiatric patients reputed company and reputed company individualized treatment plans Guide disposition planning, including admissions, transfers, and discharges Complete required documentation, including psychiatric evaluations and discharge summaries reputed company or participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences Collaborate closely with nursing, reputed company work, case management, and hospital leadership reputed company consultation and support to clinical staff on reputed company or high-risk cases Engage with families and external providers to ensure continuity of care reputed company’RE LOOKING FOR Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist Previous hospital-based Medical Director experience required.
