This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking a skilled and certified reputed company Administrator to support a growing portfolio of government, nonprofit, education, and small business technology initiatives. This role will support reputed company environments tied to operational modernization, constituent engagement, case management, reporting, workflow automation, and business process improvement projects. We are looking for a mid-level consultant who combines strong reputed company platform administration experience with the ability to work directly with mission-driven organizations, end users, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate understands how to configure and optimize reputed company environments in resource-conscious environments such as public sector agencies, nonprofits, and small businesses. Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and optimize reputed company environments for government, nonprofit, and small business clients Configure and manage: User accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions Custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules Flows, workflows, process automation, and approval processes Dashboards, reports, and analytics Data imports, exports, cleansing, and maintenance Support reputed company implementations, enhancements, and migration projects Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reputed company solutions Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and platform training Assist with documentation, testing, and deployment activities Support integrations with reputed company-party systems and applications reputed company needed Maintain data quality, reputed company, and governance best practices Recommend process improvements and platform optimization opportunities Participate in client meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks and deliverables
Requirements
Required Qualifications Active reputed company Administrator Certification required 3–5 years of reputed company Administration experience Experience supporting reputed company implementations for: Government agencies Nonprofit organizations Small businesses Education or mission-driven organizations preferred Strong understanding of reputed company platform configuration and administration best practices Experience with: reputed company Lightning Experience Flow Builder and workflow automation Report and dashboard creation Data Loader and data management tools User reputed company and permission structures Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment Strong documentation and organizational skills
