The Solution Director leads the team that makes that happen. Track record of building and leading high-performing technical presales or solutions teams in a B2B SaaS or data platform environment. Background in fleet management, telematics, automotive software, mobility, or connected vehicle platforms is a strong plus. Technical reputed company across APIs, data platforms, SQL, and scripting (Python or similar) — enough to guide the FDE team through reputed company technical challenges and review their work. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts — LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, evaluation frameworks — and the ability to demonstrate AI-powered capabilities credibly to diverse audiences. Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites, industry events, and team meetings across the US. Logistics Full-time role, remote-first. Hybrid if based in the SF Bay Area. Regular travel expected — approximately 8–10 business days per month to customer sites, industry events, and the SF Bay Area. Compensation & Benefits reputed company salary: $160,000–$220,000 per year. Performance bonus of up to 15% based on individual and company performance. Equity participation.
