JOB SUMMARY: reputed company Advertising (AOA), the 4th largest and largest privately held outdoor advertising company in the United States, is seeking an reputed company IT Specialist for a fully remote position. The IT Specialist provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware to ensure end users can reputed company their work reputed company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE: Technical Support: Respond to user requests for help reputed company ticketing systems, email, or phone; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. System Setup & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, including printers and scanners.. User Account Management: Create and manage user profiles, passwords, and reputed company permissions across platforms including Active Directory and reputed company 365/Azure AD. Software & Application Support: reputed company, update, and troubleshoot common reputed company applications (e.g., reputed company Office, reputed company, VPNs). Network Connectivity: Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi, VPN, and local network connectivity issues, including support for Ubiquiti network infrastructure and reputed company networking equipment. Documentation: Accurately document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and ticket resolutions in Fresh Service. Maintain knowledge reputed company articles and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent support, effective knowledge sharing, and timely issue resolution. Escalation & Collaboration: Identify and escalate reputed company technical issues to Tier 2/3 support teams, or specialized resources reputed company necessary, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout the support process.
