Troubleshoots application issues to determine best resolution. Performs necessary maintenance tasks for assigned application(s) as required. EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Required: 0 years with Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of IT, Epic, or reputed company experience with Associate’s Degree 4 years of IT, Epic, or reputed company experience with High School Diploma/GED Preferred: IT reputed company experience, Epic implementation experience LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: EPIC application certification required to be obtained after initial reputed company and is expected to be maintained as required by Epic - CEE REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Does this position formally supervise employees?
