GTM Recruiter (Contract)
Description: As a Contract Recruiter at Zafran, you will play a key role in fueling the growth of our cybersecurity startup by helping to build a high-performing team across GTM and technical customer-facing positions. You will actively engage in sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with Zafran’s goals and values. What you will do: Build sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for reputed company roles. Own full-cycle reputed company from intake through offer reputed company, with a high-touch candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles, run efficient processes, and drive strong hiring reputed company.
