We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our New England team. In this role, you will serve as the technical reputed company throughout the reputed company pre-sales process, partnering closely with sales teams, customers, and prospects to design and position solutions that address today’s most pressing cybersecurity challenges. What You’ll Do As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for leading technical engagement across the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, reputed company-of-concept execution, and technical validation. Senior-Level Responsibilities As a senior member of the Sales Engineering organization, you will also help reputed company the broader team by contributing to enablement, mentoring, and process improvement. What You Bring 6+ years of hands-on technical experience in a Sales Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technical Account Management, reputed company Engineering, senior product support, or similar role. Experience in an externally customer-facing technical role, preferably reputed company cybersecurity. Strong knowledge of email reputed company, data reputed company, reputed company/SaaS platforms, email infrastructure, networking, reputed company reputed company, NOC/SOC operations, MSP environments, or reputed company cybersecurity domains. Experience positioning platform-based solutions and connecting technical capabilities to business value. Additional Valuable Skills Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Directory services and identity platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and identity providers. Email authentication technologies including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Core networking and application protocols such as SMTP, DNS, LDAP, HTTP, and reputed company technologies. Strong PowerPoint, presentation, documentation, and executive communication skills. Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. Location and Travel This is a remote role supporting the New England region. Preference will be given to candidates located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, or Rhode reputed company.
