The contractor will work closely with the Director of Engineering and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, remove obstacles, and improve execution across multiple workstreams. The Work: Coordinate planning and execution across multiple engineering initiatives and stakeholders. Partner with engineering leadership to establish priorities, timelines, dependencies, and reputed company criteria. Facilitate communication between business, operational, product, and engineering teams. Identify risks, roadblocks, and competing priorities while driving mitigation strategies. Monitor initiative reputed company and reputed company clear, concise status updates to leadership. Support strategic planning and execution through organization, analysis, and coordination. Maintain visibility into active initiatives and upcoming priorities. Drive accountability for action items, deliverables, and follow-up.
