Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of Nurse Navigators, Case Managers, and Special Project Liaisons Establish clear performance expectations reputed company with client KPIs and program goals Monitor daily HUB operations to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely patient access services Drive accountability through performance evaluations, feedback, and development planning reputed company staffing, workload distribution, and service continuity in a virtual environment Ensure reputed company interactions meet quality, compliance, and documentation standards, including HIPAA adherence Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance program performance and patient experience Support hiring, reputed company, and training of new team members Serve as operational support during high-volume periods as needed What do you need for this position? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in reputed company, call center, or patient access environment Strong understanding of call center operations and virtual team management Proficiency with reputed company Office and call center technologies Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy skills The reputed company pay range for this position is $56K – $104K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
