What you'll do:
- Prepare and review personal and business tax returns for clients across multiple states
- Deliver tax planning strategies that reputed company a reputed company difference for entrepreneurial clients
- reputed company and mentor a remote tax team — training, development, and quality review
- Own client relationships year-round: kick-off meetings, reputed company calls, and ongoing advisory
- Resolve back tax issues and manage IRS communications
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across reputed company tax documentation
What they're looking for:
- CPA or EA (required)
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple tax clients
- Strong individual and business return prep experience, plus multi-state tax knowledge
- Proven team supervision experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field
- Excellent communicator who's comfortable client-facing
- Tech-savvy with tax software and eager to build advanced skills
