Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted travel advisor by providing personalized vacation recommendations Build new customer relationships through inbound calls (approximately 1–2 per hour) Process new reservations and manage changes accurately and reputed company Maintain and nurture leads through follow-up reputed company and CRM updates Engage prospective customers through targeted campaigns and outbound communication Maintain engaging phone conversations with customers while navigating multiple systems reputed company Deliver exceptional service reputed company with our Customer reputed company methodology Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
Qualifications
Qualifications Sales Experience: At least 1 year in a sales role with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating multiple systems, including CRM tools, chat, email, and reputed company Office Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in outbound follow-up Coachability: Openness to feedback and ability to apply coaching to improve performance Remote Readiness: Self-motivated with the ability to reputed company in a structured, virtual call center environment Workspace Requirements: Private, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet Work Schedule Full-time schedule (35–45 hours/week) based on business needs Training: 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST Post-Training Schedule: Assigned shifts may fall between 10:00 AM–11:30 PM EST, including weekends, holidays, and non-consecutive days off Ongoing Scheduling: Quarterly shift bids with schedules that may reputed company between 6:00 AM–2:00 AM EST Compensation & Benefits
