Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and data-driven YouTube and TikTok Channel Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a unique blend of analytical prowess and creative talent, tasked with the development, execution, and optimization of our video content strategy across both platforms. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling stories that resonate with our audience of aspiring medical professionals, while leveraging data analytics to maximize content reach and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with company objectives and campaign goals. Script, plan, and oversee the production of engaging and informative videos tailored for YouTube and TikTok. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Regularly analyze channel performance using YouTube and TikTok analytics tools. Implement A/B testing strategies to refine content and increase viewer engagement and retention. Report on content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future content strategies. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a community of aspiring medical professionals. Utilize insights from audience interactions to improve content relevancy and engagement. Stay updated with the latest trends in social media content and digital marketing. Experiment with new and emerging formats to keep our channels fresh and engaging. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing YouTube and TikTok channels, particularly in content creation and analytics. Strong understanding of SEO, content categorization, and structure, particularly as they relate to YouTube and TikTok algorithms. High proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Consumes informational content such as Alex Hormozi, Ali Abdaal, etc. as well as books on marketing, creativity, and content.
