Remote Customer Service Coordinator - Houston

Employer Industry: Automotive Retail Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Salary up to $15 per hour plus overtime • Monthly Performance Bonus up to $950 • Technology Allowance of $80 per month • Various Employment Referral Bonuses ranging from $300 to $800 • Annual Reviews and performance-based Pay Increases • Employee discounts on vehicle Purchase, Maintenance, Repair, and Restoration What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day • Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers • Respond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, and other inquiries • Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate personnel • Utilize multiple computer programs for dealership information and customer profiles What Is Required (Qualifications) • Available to work Monday - Friday with various shifts • Must live in the greater Houston metropolitan area • Minimum of 6 months recent customer service experience • High-speed internet connection and quiet home office • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with various devices How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish • Familiarity with automotive terminology and components • Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities • Advanced knowledge of Google, YouTube, and other web search tools At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
