Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients... Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat. - Create and/or update service requests in ticketing system - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Maintain customer records and update account information in the database - Schedule and confirm technician appointments, with customer and assigned technician. Skills: - Proficiency in English - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Comfortable with outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries Position is entry-level with potential for increased pay and duties as company grows. This position is 100% remote if desired. Office space is available, if candidate is located near Columbia SC. Mile18 is an IT services provider for small to medium business. This position does not require IT specific skills, as the primary function is routing calls and service requests to proper channels to alleviate technicians being directly interrupted.
