Remote Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities... • Our client is seeking a detailed oriented data entry coordinator to help with backed logged work • Compile reports and import information by entering and retrieving data from multiple systems and resources • Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records • Collaborate with internal users and external resources to address business objectives and issues • Ensure and measure the integrity of master data • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency • Identify and correct errors in data entries • Ensure secure storage and disposal of confidential data Qualifications • Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent • 1 plus years of experience working in data entry • Working experience with homeless families or individual population is a plus • Experience with a computer based work environment and an excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel • An attention to detail We are looking forward to reading your application. Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $26.00 - $32.00/hour.
