About the role Lovepop is seeking an experienced Graphic designer to join our talented creative team as at a long-term part-time contract capacity. The ideal candidate has a background in creating web, paid social and email campaigns for digital-first consumer brands. Accountabilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing collateral. • Design and produce high-quality visuals for paid ads, email campaigns, and website creative. • Assist in creating engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms. • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for different formats and platforms. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Provide creative solutions and contribute to brainstorming sessions. • Report to and work closely with the fractional Creative Director to align on project goals and deliverables. Qualifications • 3-6 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in-house for a brand or with an agency. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing collateral including paid ads, email, and site creative. • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignExperience in motion design is a significant plus. • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and contribute to a positive team environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
