Status: Full Time (30 hours per week, 22-25 clinical hours) • Open to part time ABOUT US Orange Tree Counseling and Consulting is a dynamic therapy group practice dedicated to providing telehealth services to college students and young professionals with marginalized identities. We offer a range of services, including individual, couples, and group therapy, as well as consultation opportunities. Our mission is to deliver mental health care that empowers, enlivens, and promotes lifelong growth for those we serve. Founded in 2020, we are a startup in an exciting phase of growth and development. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to a diverse caseload of clients, primarily college students and young professionals with marginalized identities. - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - Utilize evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health issues. - Participate in regular consultation and supervision sessions. - Collaborate with our team to create a supportive and inclusive environment for both clients and staff. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications: - Masters degree in counseling, social work, or another related field - Pre-licensed clinician (LPC, LSW, or similar). - Strong commitment to working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. - Excellent clinical skills and a solid understanding of evidence-based practices. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Flexibility and adaptability to work in a startup environment.
