Business Analyst, Senior | REMOTE

Additionally, an understanding of AI, Data analytics and... requirements analysis is key to this position to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Chief Data Officer Directorate (CDOD). This position is fully remote working with a DHS Client in Washington, DC. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES • Utilize understanding of requirements analytics to identify root cause of customer expressed issues and concerns. • Apply technical and functional expertise to generate key requirements to resolve customer concerns. • Collaborate with customer representatives and project teams to support organizational goals, applying a partnership approach to drive success. • Translate client needs into business requirements that support streamlining operations and improving component service delivery. • Leverage analytics skills and business acumen to translate identified customer requirements into actionable business case to present to senior government leadership at the branch, component and secretariat level. • Leverage understanding of Government Affairs, and business processes to inform strategic decision-making to senior government leadership. • Utilize knowledge of AI and data analytics to support building business cases. • Effectively communicate complex findings and methodologies to a broad audience, using oral, written, and graphical means. • Deliver high-level briefings and analytic documentation to senior government leadership. • Other duties as assigned Apply Job!
