Strategic Projects Project Management ? Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders ? Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identify opportunities and develop solutions for improvement. ? Understand the business model, the key metrics (how they're defined and calculated) and how metrics are used to drive decision making ? Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives ? Partner with clinicians, data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives ? Identify and lead opportunities to improve systems and processes ? Establish relationships with stakeholders in other departments to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals ? Clinic Operations ? Play an active role in day-to-day operations of our telemedicine clinic ? Manage and optimize virtual clinic scheduling and resource allocation ? Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot telemedicine clinic performance ? Implement best practices to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes ? Develop and implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations. ? Help develop training plans, management oversight enablement, and auditing plans for business procedures ? Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to department stakeholders WHAT WE ARE SEEKING: ? 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related roles ? Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) ? Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches ? High level of empathy, humility, and emotional intelligence ? Excellent communication and presentation skills ? Track record of impact in cross-functional team environments ? Experience working in multi-clinician clinical settings, preferably in telehealth ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field ? Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools BONUS IF YOU HAVE?. ? Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and/or complex patient populations ? Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements ? Experience building and managing financial and operational forecasts ? Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms ? Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, MHA, MPH) ? Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or healthcare management ?
