Location: Remote - USA Duration: FTE JD: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Facing System Data Analyst to join our growing Data Warehouse team supporting an emerging Telecom client. In this role, you will wear multiple hats, acting as a data analyst, design, solution architect, and trusted advisor for both internal and external stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in Google Cloud Platform to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our client. Responsibilities ? Analyze customer data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. ? Design and implement data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform technologies such as BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, and Cloud Storage. ? Evaluate, design, and recommend viable business solutions that leverage data and analytics to address customer challenges. ? Analyze the feasibility of... solutions from both business and implementation perspectives. ? Develop scalable and adaptable data solutions that can accommodate future changes in business processes, user requirements, and business growth. ? Participate in account mining to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the leadership team. ? Review system component High Level Design and ensure alignment to the end-to-end solution architecture. ? Lead competency building activities such as building POCs and conducting workshops for the strategic initiatives. ? Lead internal and external knowledge sharing sessions and mentor teams in your area of specialization. ? Review team artifacts and ensure knowledge sharing and reusability. Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. ? 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role with experience in solution design and client interaction. ? Experience working with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. ? Experience with SQL querying languages (e.g., BigQuery SQL). ? Experience with data pipeline development tools (e.g., Cloud Dataflow). ? Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills ? Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven business solutions. ? Google Cloud Platform Cloud Certified. ? Experience working in the Telecom industry. ? Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices. ? Experience building and presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
