Remote Call Center Agent $18-$19/hr... What You'll Do: Take customer calls and provide accurate satisfactory answers to their queries Deescalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner Research systems to find missing information as applicable; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues applicable Follow all processes of the Client program and perform all tasks in a courteous and professional manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks Candidates for this role should have a wired high-speed internet connection, be highly reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
