Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Data Entry Operator to join our team at Hamodia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our database systems, maintaining and updating records, and ensuring the integrity of our information. Responsibilities • Inputting data accurately into various databases and systems. • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output. • Maintaining detailed records of tasks, files, and progress. • Updating existing data and deleting unnecessary files. • Complying with data integrity and security policies. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certification in office management is a plus. • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. • Experience with MS Office and data programs. • Familiarity with administrative duties. • Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner. • Typing speed and accuracy. • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. • Attention to detail. • Confidentiality. Experience 0-5 years of experience in a data entry or relevant role.
