Help manage appointment schedules, including rescheduling and saving appointments from cancellations. Up-sell and cross-sell products and services, generating sales leads from interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates. Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
