Requirements: • Must pass background check. • Must pass voice and other assessments. • May have to pass a computer check. • Must pass certification course. • Must provide a notarized affidavit of identity. • May have to take a drug test depending on client. You must have: • Computer • Dual monitor preferred but not required. • Phone with headset (POTS and digital. No VOIP or softphone.) • Internet (hardwired) • USB headset • Quiet space to work.
