Data Entry Assistant

GTT Auto Store LLC is looking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The candidate should have excellent organizational skills, pay close attention to detail and be able to work well with accuracy and speed. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of data entry tasks, such as entering data into the company’s database and ensuring accuracy... collecting and analyzing data, and creating reports. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining internal databases, sorting and filing documents, and verifying data accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities: Enter data into the company’s database accurately and efficiently Collect data from various sources and analyze it to identify trends Create accurate and detailed reports from collected data Create and maintain internal databases Sort and file documents and records accurately and quickly Verify data accuracy and integrity Support the company with administrative tasks as needed Requirement: High school degree or equivalent 2 - 4 years of experience working in data entry or equivalent education Able to type a minimum of 50 WPM Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work accurately and quickly Proficiency in MS Excel and other related software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining a forward-thinking team, we encourage you to apply today!
