Provide senior-level administrative support to the Vice President of Corporate Development and Licensing and the Senior Director of Product Development and Research ? Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments and coordinate all travel arrangements ? Organize meetings and events, including preparation of materials and presentations ? Generate executive-level presentations and assist in budget development ? Handle correspondence, drafting and distributing documents as necessary What Is Required (Qualifications) ? High School Diploma or GED required; BS Degree preferred ? 5-8 years of prior executive support experience ? Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion ? Proficient with MS Office, conferencing platforms, and enterprise programs ? Experience supporting C-Suite executives and managing complex projects How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ?
