Controller - REMOTE
Our client, a prestigious non-profit, skilled nursing home and health care facility is in need of a top-gun Controller on a contract basis for a 3-4 month engagement. This position will report directly to the CFO and have board interaction, very high visibility. 100% Remote! This consultant will have an indepth understanding of managing day to day accounting, budgeting and producing financial... statements and assist with an upgrade of Workday. REMOTE $60-70/hour + 1.5 OT Controller Focus: Supervision of accounting team of 6 individuals, train and mentor Oversight of accounting, payroll, reporting, auditing and compliance Evaluation of Workday financial system with implemention of process improvement Financial statement preparation and presentation Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning with the CFO Grant management and oversight Required 10 years of relevant experience Bachelors Degree WORKDAY experience required non-profit and/or healthcare experience a plus Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
