Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the specific needs of each student. • Provide differentiated instruction and support through virtual classrooms, interactive activities, and customized learning plans. • Work collaboratively with general education teachers, parents, and other educational stakeholders to foster both academic and social growth for students. • Regularly assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies to optimize learning outcomes. • Utilize a variety of technology tools and resources to create an engaging, accessible, and inclusive learning environment for all students. Qualifications • Valid Special Education teaching license in the state of Minnesota. • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. • Proven experience delivering special education services, with a solid understanding of IEP development and implementation. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to connect with students, parents, and team members. • Tech-savvy, comfortable using virtual teaching platforms and other educational technologies. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in an independent, remote setting.
