Customer Service - Customer Care Specialist Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. paid weekly Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday... Location: Remote Duration: Temp to Hire Position Overview Customer Care Specialist will professionally answer incoming calls and provide a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for all customer inquiries. You will be responsible for handling all customer's concerns and making sure all customers’ needs are met. You will need to provide excellent service that will result in a one-call resolution.
