Job Description
The UPS Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data related to shipments, deliveries, and customer information. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Responsibilities Accurately enter shipment and delivery data into our system Update customer information as required Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system Maintain... confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with generating reports as needed Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any discrepancies Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred Proven experience in data entry or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with UPS systems and processes is a plus Additional Information Immediate start available for the right candidate Flexible working hours Remote work option available Training will be provided
