Class A Drivers Enjoy: Average Salary: $110,000+ Starting Pay $30.50/hour + $0.80 Per Mile Paid Weekly... Earn Overtime After 8 Hours Per Diem: $25/ route + $1.04/ hour for every additional hour over 24 Routes Available: Team Must be willing to run team routes, avg time out 24-26hrs. Position Summary: Responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel Complete delivery and pick up paperwork Pick up returned product as required Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc. Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle Complete company training and certifications as required Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers Other projects or duties as assigned Apply Job!
