The Opportunity: We are currently seeking an entry-level Online Chat Specialist who can uphold our dedication to excellent customer service and problem solving. In this role, you will be the first line of communication for our clients, ensuring they have the best experience possible. Job Responsibilities: • Manage and respond effectively to inbound chats and messages, providing excellent customer service. • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits. • Identify challenges being faced by customers and provide efficient solution. • Work closely with other team members to meet and exceed set targets and goals. Desired Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus. • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Nice-to-haves: • Prior experience in remote work. • Experience with tech-based, startup, or fast-growing companies. • Familiarity with project management tools. • Ability to work at a rapid pace and handle multiple chats at once.
