Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about flights, handling reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and changes.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Educate customers on Delta’s policies, procedures, and services.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience.

Educational Qualifications:
