Job Description:

As a Part-Time Delivery Driver for UPS, you will be playing a key role in maintaining our reputation for prompt deliveries and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Ability to lift, lower and carry packages up to 70 pounds.

• Full time, opportunity to work eight hours, Monday-Friday.

• Satisfactory driving record.

• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

• Ability to handle physical workload.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a vehicle, delivering packages to customers in a timely manner.

• Load and unload vehicle.

• Collect and confirm package information, ensuring all paperwork is properly completed.

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to operate a manual / automatic transmission vehicle.

Experience:

• Previous experience in delivery driving or related field preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills.
