Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding booking, cancellations, and changes to their travel plans.
• Provide technical support for our digital platforms and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
