Job Description

Delta Airlines is seeking dedicated and service-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team as flight attendants. With the advantage of completing your initial training from the convenience of your home, we provide the foundational skills necessary to ensure safety and comfort for our passengers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

– Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction

– Demonstrate emergency and safety procedures

– Provide food, beverage, and shopping services aboard flights

– Manage pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties

– Address passengers’ concerns and needs promptly

– Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and punctuality

Requirements

– Minimum 21 years of age

– High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred

– Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently; second language is a plus

– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand for long periods

– Compliance with Delta Airlines’ grooming standards and policies

– Willingness to relocate as required

– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

– Authorized to work in the United States and travel internationally

Work from Home Training Details

– Comprehensive paid virtual training covering all necessary safety procedures, customer service protocols, and company policies

– Required completion of in-flight training and evaluation upon conclusion of virtual sessions

– Equipment and materials needed for training will be provided or reimbursed by Delta Airlines
