Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, diligent, and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join Amazon Inc on a part-time basis in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Working hours are flexible, under 4 hours per day, making it an ideal position for those seeking a work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
– Inputting text and numerical information from source documents within time limits
– Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
– Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
Requirements:
– Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
– Experience with MS Office and data programs
– Familiarity with administrative duties
– Typing speed and accuracy
– Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
– Attention to detail
– Confidentiality
– High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
