Description:
Amazon is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a flexible part-time basis in California. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:
