Job Description:
As a SameDay Driver, you will be responsible for picking up orders from various restaurants and delivering them to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of Uber Eats, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Pick up and deliver food orders within designated timeframes and routes.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
– Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and any customer feedback.
– Ensure vehicle is clean, maintained, and in excellent working condition.
– Adhere to all company policies and protocols, as well as road/traffic regulations.
Requirements:
– Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
– Reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
– Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps.
– Ability to carry food delivery bags.
– Strong communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service will be an advantage but not mandatory as we provide paid training.
