Job Description

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar sales role
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Reside in Maryland or Delaware or willing to travel extensively in these regions
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to the clients needs
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Update CRM with client information and sales activities
- Report on sales activities and progress to management
- Attend industry trade shows and events as required
