Remote Special Education Teacher Arkansas (2024/2025 School Year)

VocoVision is looking for an Arkansas-based Special Education Teacher (K-12) to join our team and work remotely. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering tailored instruction to help students meet their academic goals. You’ll manage a caseload of around 15 students, with the flexibility to choose between full-time and part-time hours. This position starts as soon as possible and will... continue through the end of the school year. Key Duties: • Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student’s unique needs. • Track student progress and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies and accommodations. • Keep open lines of communication with parents and caregivers, regularly updating them on their child’s progress. • Collaborate with fellow educators and take part in IEP meetings to ensure student success. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field. • Must hold a current Arkansas Special Education Teacher certification. • At least 2 years of experience working in schools is preferred. • All required clearances for public or charter school employment must be in place. • Experience in early childhood education is advantageous. • Flexibility with hours depending on full-time or part-time status. • This position is for the 2024/2025 academic year.
