As a Revenue Management Virtual Assistant (VA) at Freewyld, your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be the keys to your success. As VA, you will manage custom Airbnb promotions and ensure all price adjustments align seamlessly with our PriceLabs recommendations. If you excel at tasks that require focus and precision, this role is perfect for you. Your strong ability with numbers, knack for repetitive tasks, and basic Excel skills will serve you well as you compile reports, manage data, and support our Revenue Management Team. But we’re not just looking for technical skills. In this full-time position, you must consistently meet deadlines, work well independently, and effectively manage your time. Responsibilities • Airbnb Promotions: Set and adjust custom Airbnb promotions according to PriceLabs recommendations, ensuring precise, timely implementation. • Reporting & Data Compilation: Download and manage data from PriceLabs, assisting in creating and maintaining Excel reports and necessary documentation. • Support Revenue Management Team: Perform various administrative tasks to support the Revenue Management Team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications • Prior experience with repetitive administrative tasks is a plus (but not a must) • A high level of precision and attention to detail. • Strong ability to work with numbers and Excel for basic reporting (proficiency in Excel a plus) • Must be trustworthy & able to keep sensitive information confidential • Reliable and organized with a strong work ethic • High-speed, reliable internet access • No Airbnb experience is required.
