Part-Time Google Ads Specialist Position Overview... We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our Google Ads campaigns to drive growth and maximize ROI. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to create data-driven strategies, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.) • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to ensure campaign effectiveness • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI • Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates • Manage and track budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient while meeting KPIs • A/B test different ad elements such as headlines, descriptions, and calls to action • Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices Qualifications: • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of delivering results • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools • Knowledge of keyword research tools and bid management • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail • Google Ads certifications are a plus • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Hours: This is a part-time role, up to 12 hours per week with flexibility based on campaign needs.
