As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to our clients. You will greet callers in a friendly and welcoming manner, accurately understand and address their inquiries, and transfer calls or take messages as needed using our state-of-the-art call processing system. Additionally, you will receive training on various call center tools to effectively prioritize customer needs and provide timely assistance. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and have a positive attitude. Additionally, they should be proficient in English with strong spelling and grammar skills, computer-savvy and comfortable working in a Windows-based environment, have a reliable internet connection (meeting our speed test requirements), and be able to type at least 35 words per minute. A Windows PC or laptop with a direct Ethernet connection is also required, as well as the ability to use a USB headset with microphone (wireless not allowed). Bilingual Spanish or French is a plus. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $20/hour. Part-time schedule, approximately 19.5 hours per week. Work-from-home environment. Paid training. Shifts Offered: Part-time: Approximately 19.5 hours per week 6-day workweek 3-hour shifts scheduled between 4 PM and 11 PM EST, Monday-Friday One weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday) between 8 AM-2:30 PM or 6 PM-12 AM.
