Salary up to $128,300 Comprehensive benefits package including a defined contribution pension plan and 403(b) Generous paid time off and wellness reimbursement Opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative environment Innovative culture that values employee contributions and teamwork What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Build, implement, and manage image preprocessing, segmentation, and annotation workflows for multiple research projects Develop algorithms and statistical models, performing analyses appropriate to data and reporting requirements Employ tools to interpret, analyze, and visualize multivariate relationships in data Prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate image processing pipelines to stakeholders Collaborate with internal and external partners on data collection and analysis methods What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 10 years of related experience preferred Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required in Life Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Physics Experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms for image segmentation and predictive modeling Expertise in image preprocessing and segmentation for biomarker extraction, specifically radiomic feature extraction Experience with shell scripting for automating workflows and managing data processing tasks How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience integrating Python-based image processing and analysis pipelines with MiM or similar platforms Experience developing neural network models and applying principal component analysis (PCA) and elastic net regularization techniques #RadiologyResearch #DataAnalysis #MachineLearning #CareerOpportunity #HealthcareInnovation At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
