Make sure to store food correctly and keep your kitchen area free from harmful contaminants. • Ensure that all food items are cooked and served in compliance with the guidelines outlined by the company and the preferences of the customers. • Quick and efficient food delivery during busy hours ensures customer satisfaction and should therefore be a top priority. • Help to organize and equip the kitchen space, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are present and available for use. • Coordinate with other members of the kitchen and service staff to facilitate the efficient preparation and delivery of orders. • The organization's policies and procedures, particularly those that focus on food safety and health standards, must be strictly observed at all times. Qualifications: • While it is not required, the candidate with cooking expertise in a high-volume restaurant will be given priority. • Excelling in a high-volume, fast-paced atmosphere and demonstrating adeptness at juggling a multitude of tasks. • Tightly focused on particulars and an ironclad determination to excel in every endeavor. • Skillfully Interpreting and Implementing Recipes and Instructions. • All food products should be stored at the appropriate temperature to prevent bacterial growth and keep the food fresh. • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team are both essential qualities for success. • Demonstrating the competency to remain standing for prolonged periods and manage objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
