Responsibilities: Develop and execute global sublicensing strategies for American Express Global Business Travel. Manage relationships with licensors and sublicensees. Negotiate and draft agreements with sublicensees. Monitor sublicense activities and ensure compliance with license agreements. Resolve any issues or disputes related to brand sublicensing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry. Provide exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively with clients, licensors, and sublicensees. Develop and implement strategies for improving customer experience. Analyze trends in the travel industry and make recommendations for improvement.
