As a Guest Service Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, managing communications, schedules, and guest interactions. You’ll work closely with other coordinators and managers to implement service strategies and improve operational efficiencies. Your role will focus on enhancing guest satisfaction by meticulously planning and responding to guest needs and feedback. A typical day might involve preparing operational reports, coordinating with multiple departments to resolve guest issues, and analyzing guest feedback to recommend service improvements. You will also be responsible for training and supervising new staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their positions. This role requires a blend of strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service. High school diploma required; further education or certification in hospitality management is a plus. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • *Responsibilities:** 1. Coordinate daily operations of the guest services department. 2. Manage and respond to guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally. 3. Prepare detailed reports on guest operations and service issues. 4. Train and supervise guest services staff. 5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and resolve issues. 6. Implement policies and protocols that ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. 7.
